Part of a Hackathon project with a front-end lead. I was responsible for the UI design with an external UI designer, UX based on audit + content creation for editorial.
📊 Short summary
Following the audit from Baymard Institute, we have collected feedback for the best practices for the “store” frontpage. Using this as a base, we included this project into out 2023 Hackathon plan and released a new frontpage test in just under three days. 


The objective was to include the new redesign (coherent design element structure), dynamic category widgets and include editorial content inspired by best industry players.

📊 Short description
Previously, Billetto payment widget was a single embed element that redirected the user to the main Billetto site. This was not a satisfactory white-label solution for the organisers as they wanted their buyers to remain on organisers’ own site. 



Working with CX on the main feedback and requests from the organisers I have redesigned the entire purchase flow to fit in a pop-up. 
Additionally, we have added two variations of the flow (embed & a button), and option to display a calendar for a recurring event and a colour picker to adjust the whole flow to the organiser’s identity.

In 2023, we have also added a “dark theme” and changed the purchase flow to reflect the overall redesign.

Short project to increase the cookie banner acceptance in order to increase the inflow of user data and increase quality of user recommendations based on personalisation.

I’ve assessed cookie consent policies of the main industry players in each domain and have read through the official GDPR & cookie policy recommendations per country. Based on this, I have updated the cookie banner design & language.

We had seen the immediate increase of cookie consent acceptance in certain regions and slight increase in our main markets.

I was responsible for coordinating the template updates to many of our logic flows with an external agency, working out the best localised personalisation logic and testing it on weekly campaigns.
📊 Short description
This was a multifaceted project that touched many areas. 


I have worked closely with an external agency who were responsible for executing the strategy and implementing the templates that I have created for most of our newsletters. 


I created embed templates with basic front-end code to be used in our email client. With this, I have worked with an external UI designer to make an overall template for the newsletters and emails. This also had to include a lot of extra editorial we have created as part of the Categories project. 

I have also implemented a feedback system to learn what users want to get from the newsletter.

One of the main complaints from the users was the fact that the recommendations they received were not localised to them. I have worked with another project lead on figuring out the logic for the localised recommendations based on a combination of purchase history, NUTS data & GPS radius. We have then created a logic based on regions and implemented this on every flow.

I was responsible for the research, implementation and adoption of this feature. Additionally, I had to create content in 10 languages & keep updates on the organiser update page.

📊 Short description
COVID-19. In an effort to help our organisers to switch their events to online format, we have created an option to host events online.

This required rebuilding the location logic and infrastructure of our event listings + adding additional flows like Online Event page, Order confirmation with links & new email logic (with multiple reminder flows). 



Additionally, I have created a support & tutorial page to assist our organisers and CX team to turn the physical experiences to online mode. I have filmed several tutorials & created templates for the event types. We have also created an update hub to inform organisers of the latest changes in regulations with daily/weekly status updates.

I have been responsible for creating an interactive B2B guide to guide our organisers through the event creation & promotion process and to lift the utilisation of the many features that Billetto offers.

In 2022 I have helped the B2B lead create a new variation of this onboarding flow in addition to creating new content to add to the guide.

I was responsible for negotiating the contract with a Facebook contact, working alongside Facebook developers and our own to facilitate a smooth integration.

Billetto has finally been granted a permission by Facebook to build a feature that allows to publish a Billetto event to a users’ Facebook page directly with a simple authentication & a click. 

I have worked on the UI & the UX of the feature for the Billetto users, but most of the work was spent in the Facebook development environment working on paperwork to get the integration right.

Later, I have also worked on communication for the feature adoption & an online-event support update during COVID-19.

I have previously worked with Zapier to create automated flows & channels with Intercom and Salesforce in my Growth Hacker role for Billetto. 


I saw the opportunity to enable Billetto organisers to get more out of the tools that they already use & Billetto. 


I have created a layout in the organiser UI for the new feature and created multiple templates with most-requested scenarios so that user could adopt the feature in a few clicks. 


Originally in Beta, we have achieved a minimal number of active users and achieved a full release on Zapier.

I was responsible for setting up the Support chatbot in multiple languages & testing event recommendation bot.
📊 Short description
This was a fun little project back when the chatbots were all the rage. More information can be found in this post. 



I have tested the chatbot for the support outsourcing. However, this has been a complicated journey and we discovered that (at the time) users would end up on a very unhappy path as they expected to get an instant reply on socials. 



I have then created a fun marketing test where I have built a bot for a Valentine’s day date event recommendations. This was based on several scenarios & our event supply. We then ran an ad campaign for it.
